Our items

We sell vintage and pre-owned furniture, art and objects unless stated otherwise in the individual listing. Age, patina, wear, repairs and other known characteristics are described as accurately as possible in the text and photographs. Please read the description, view the photographs and contact us before purchase if you have questions about condition, dimensions or materials.

Colours may appear differently on different screens. Information about age, designer and manufacturer is subject to any qualifications expressly stated in the listing. The pre-owned nature of an item does not limit your statutory rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Danish kroner and include applicable VAT and taxes. Delivery is not included in the item price unless expressly stated. The total price and any delivery charges must be disclosed before purchase.

Available payment methods are shown when ordering. Please contact us before placing an order if you have questions about payment or the total price.

Orders and the purchase agreement

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy. The agreement is concluded when we expressly accept your order. Please check the item and your details before ordering, and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error or wish to change the order. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Delivery

Delivery is agreed individually before purchase. The price, estimated delivery time and any service to carry the item inside must be confirmed as part of the agreement. See our delivery policy.

When we arrange transport, we generally remain responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you. If you independently appoint a carrier that we do not offer, the usual rules for independently arranged transport apply.

Withdrawal and returns

For online consumer purchases, you generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. Notify us at mok@mglr.dk. See deadlines, return costs and refunds in our returns and refunds policy.

Faulty items

As a consumer, you have a 2-year statutory right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. For pre-owned items, any defect is assessed in light of the item’s age, price, description and specifically disclosed characteristics, among other factors. Ordinary wear from use after delivery is not in itself a defect.

Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a problem. A complaint made within 2 months of discovering the problem is always considered timely. Describe the issue and, if possible, include your order number and photographs. We will assess the matter and explain the next steps. For a valid complaint, we pay reasonable and necessary return costs.

Shopify

The webshop runs on Shopify’s platform. Your purchase agreement is directly with MGLR ApS, the seller of the items.

Governing law and questions

Danish law applies without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under other applicable law. Contact us at mok@mglr.dk if you have questions or a complaint.

Consumer complaints

Please contact us first if you wish to make a complaint. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may check whether you are eligible to complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager) and, where applicable, the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) at Nævnenes Hus.
