Delivery by prior arrangement

Delivery is agreed individually before purchase. Contact us at mok@mglr.dk with the item you are interested in and your delivery address.

We will confirm delivery availability, transport costs and the estimated delivery time before you decide to buy.

Large furniture and access

Please tell us about the floor level, stairs, lift and any other access conditions so that we can agree on a suitable transport solution. The agreement will specify whether carrying the item inside or any other services are included.

International delivery

International delivery availability and costs are confirmed individually before purchase. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and local charges may be payable by the customer.

Transport and damage

When we arrange transport, we generally remain responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you. If you independently appoint a carrier that we do not offer, the usual rules on risk for independently arranged transport apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and, if possible, send photographs of the damage to mok@mglr.dk. This does not limit your statutory rights.
