Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

For online consumer purchases, you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item. Send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to mok@mglr.dk. You do not need to give a reason. Simply refusing delivery is not sufficient notice.

How to return an item

You must send or deliver the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The return address is mglr163, MGLR ApS, Nørrebrogade 163, 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark.

Please contact us about the practical arrangements, especially for large furniture. Pack the item securely and include the parts and accessories supplied with it. Keep proof of return.

Return costs

You pay the direct cost of returning an item when withdrawing from a purchase. For furniture and other items that cannot be returned by ordinary post, the expected return costs are provided individually before purchase. For a valid complaint about a faulty item, we pay reasonable and necessary return costs.

Condition and diminished value

You may examine the item to establish its nature, characteristics and function, as you could in a physical shop. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that examination. A reduction in value does not itself remove your right of withdrawal, but may lead to a deduction from the refund.

Vintage and pre-owned items may have patina, signs of age and wear. Specifically disclosed characteristics are taken into account when assessing the item. This does not limit your statutory rights concerning defects.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have supplied proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

The refund includes the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered at the time of purchase. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refunded. Any lawful deduction for diminished value may be applied. We use the same payment method as for the purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no refund fee.

Damage, defects or an incorrect item

Contact us at mok@mglr.dk if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Describe the issue and, if possible, include your order number and photographs. See the faulty items section of our terms and conditions. A complaint about a defect is different from withdrawal.
