Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Some larger furniture pieces may require additional handling time. If this is the case, we will contact you after your purchase.

We ship both within Denmark and internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available. For oversized furniture or destinations where automatic shipping rates are not available, shipping costs will be quoted separately before dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery in accordance with applicable law.

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us at mok@mglr.dk.
