Returns

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received and must include all original parts, accessories and documentation, where applicable.

All items sold by MGLR163 are authentic vintage or pre-owned pieces. Signs of age, patina, colour variation and normal wear are natural characteristics that contribute to the authenticity and value of vintage items. Such characteristics are described in the product listing whenever relevant and do not constitute defects.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at mok@mglr.dk and include photographs of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law:

• Gift cards
• Custom-made or personalised products
• Items produced according to customer specifications

Exchanges

Because every item is a unique vintage piece, exchanges are generally not possible.

If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
